I am a Clinical Psychologist with nearly 10 years of NHS experience working in a variety of settings and with people who have many different presentations of distress.
I am excited to now be offering psychological therapy face to face at Ullet Road Eco Offices on Wednesday mornings.
Together, we’ll explore where you want to be in life and what might be standing in your way. Rather than focusing on diagnoses or labels, I’ll support you in creating a meaningful narrative of your life and identifying the challenges that might be hindering your well-being. My goal is to guide you in overcoming these obstacles and empower you to experiment with new ways of showing up, so you can reach your fullest potential.
My approach is integrative in that I draw on a number of psychological theories and models to meet your needs, rather than try to fit you into a model that doesn’t necessarily reflect your experience. However I am also able to offer Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) if you would like a specific approach.
No matter how many sessions we have or how long we work together, my goal is to create a space where you can feel supported and understood. I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental approach that allows you to explore and develop your authentic self.
I offer a free 15 minute telephone or online consultation to discuss your needs or any questions you may have prior to your first session.
I work with people who self-fund and also a number of insurance companies (please contact to discuss).
