Qualifications
Anne graduated from Durham University in 1997 with an Honours degree in Biological Sciences and Anthropology. In 1999, she completed a postgraduate qualification in Applied Psychology, specialising in eco-psychology—a field that explores the relationship between human wellbeing and the natural world.
Therapeutic Journey
Anne’s journey into holistic health began during her university years, where she developed a deep interest in the body’s natural healing systems. She started studying Shiatsu and offering treatments to fellow students, focusing on improving the immune, lymphatic, and musculoskeletal systems.
In 1999, alongside her psychology studies, Anne embarked on a four-year professional diploma in Shiatsu, graduating in 2008 after delivering hundreds of treatments. She later specialised in Shiatsu for pregnancy, graduating top of her class.
Shiatsu Therapy
Shiatsu, meaning “finger pressure,” is rooted in ancient Eastern medicine and shares principles with acupuncture—though it uses hands instead of needles. It’s a deeply holistic therapy, addressing the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects of health.
Additional Therapies Offered
Trained at WatPo Medical Schools in Bangkok and Chiang Mai (2009), Anne offers this dynamic, full-body treatment to promote energy flow and longevity. A full medical history is required before treatment.

Client-Centered Care
Anne’s approach is rooted in compassion, balance, and empowerment. She believes in the body’s innate ability to heal and offers a safe, supportive space for clients to begin or continue their wellness journey.
