Hi there, I’m Jan and I have a background in Nursing.
I have developed a keen interest in Reiki, Crystals and Hypnotherapy over the past 10 years and enjoy helping clients to restore their energy and feelings of wellbeing.
WHAT IS REIKI?
As humans, we have Universal Life Force Energy all around Us. This energy is given to us at birth. We bring with us a certain amount of this Life Force Energy and use it up in the busyness of daily life. We then have to create a new supply of energy. When we are unable to make up all the energy that we have used for a long period of time, we may become physically or emotionally unwell.
If our Life Force Energy is very low or depleted, we may suffer from physical, emotional and mental exhaustion and can become irritable, bad-tempered and depressed. Reiki is a natural and simple healing method that allows you to absorb more Life Force Energy.
The Reiki method revitalises Life Force And balances the energies in the body. This natural healing energy flows in a powerful and concentrated form, through the hands of the Reiki Therapist.
The Reiki Therapist places their hands over various areas of the body, which correspond to major body organs, directing the healing energy into the clients body. The client is fully dressed throughout and is made comfortable on a massage couch for 45-60 minutes.

WHAT IS CRYSTAL THERAPY?
In a Crystal Therapy session, it is the interaction between your energy field and the crystals that are used, which promotes healing.
An exchange takes place whereby the crystals rebalance your energy, which results in the opportunity to heal, rest and repair your physical body and your mental and emotional state.
Crystal Therapy can be used alongside prescribed medicines. A therapy session usually lasts around 45mins/ hour. Following an assessment, you will be asked to lie down fully clothed and made comfortable on a massage couch.
A range of crystals may be placed on or around your body. Once all the crystals have been placed, I may if you wish, use some Reiki to assist with the healing process.
